Appearance: Figure/build: Athletic with only slight curves.
Hair colour: peridot green, slight shimmering in each strand like it is a gem.
Hairstyle: Long and wavy reaching her shoulders
Eye colour: Silver varying in shade when spells are being cast they shimmer more and are much lighter looking
Skin/fur/etc colour: Her skin Is a smooth like a frogs and slightly slimy ( the mucus secreted by her skin becomes acidic when she is agitated or in danger.) It is a speckled pale green. Preferred style of clothing: Tightly woven kelp wrappings making shorts and a top that reveals her midriff.
Frequently worn: A simple polished stone with some rune markings. and a stretched toad skin made into a small satchel used to collect items and carry her own such as her lyre
Personality: She can go from childish to a strict young lady in an instant. Though she mainly puts this on as an act. Truly she is an inquisitive and tomboyish girl who is curious about every little thing. She enjoys observing others and playing small tricks on them from the concealed pools and swamps she will wander into.
Strengths/Skills: magic; she has the ability to manipulate matter and shift its state. Some matter is harder to change then others. Water more easily changed to ice then stone is to metal. She also is physically capable as life underwater has made her need for stronger muscles.
Weaknesses/Disabilities: She is young and still inexperienced. Sometimes her curiosity gets the better of her. When casting a spell even the slightest emotional unrest can throw her off, And finally she needs to be near enough to water to get back into it before she strarts to dry out too much.
Distinguishing Markings/Scars: he has external gills on her head much like a newt so she can survive low oxygen qualities in lakes and streams In addition she also has some rune markings running up from her forearms to her lower back.
Bio: From a young age Merill
was seen with the gift of magic. And as such she could not be in the guard as is custom with her noble family of warriors, however after the great drought and the moving of her people at the age of three she was given to her teacher to better her magical training and become a battle mage in service of the queen, being a battle mage is a high honour and one her parents were glad to have for their daughter. Her teacher however...also taught her about restraint and that Might does not always make right...And although she wishes to please her family...she wonders if something sinister is working in the royal court....
